Functie

As Key Account Lead DACH, you will be responsible for expanding enviolo’s commercial presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is far more than a traditional sales position. You will build strategic partnerships with leading bicycle manufacturers, retail organizations, and mobility players while helping customers unlock new growth opportunities through innovative technology. You’ll have the freedom to own your market, influence commercial strategy and become a key contributor to enviolo’s international growth ambitions.

What you’ll do

  • Drive growth across the DACH region;
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with leading bicycle manufacturers and retail organizations;
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the DACH market;
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities;
  • Position enviolo as a long-term mobility partner rather than a component supplier;
  • Challenge conventional thinking and introduce innovative commercial opportunities;
  • Take ownership of commercial success;
  • Deliver ambitious revenue and growth objectives;
  • Balance short-term commercial opportunities with sustainable long-term growth;
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitive trends;
  • Translate market insights into commercial action;
  • Collaborate and influence;
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand Experience teams;
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and market positioning;
  • Represent enviolo at key industry events, trade fairs, and customer engagements;
  • Act as the voice of the DACH market within the wider business;
  • Build strategic partnerships;
  • Lead negotiations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Structure commercially attractive, long-term agreements;
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers and partners;
  • Create partnerships that deliver mutual value and sustainable growth.

Who we’re looking for
You are a commercially driven relationship builder who enjoys creating opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and driving growth. You understand how to navigate complex sales cycles, engage senior decision-makers, and successfully introduce innovative products into established markets. You are entrepreneurial by nature, comfortable with autonomy and motivated by making a visible impact.

Your background

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales;
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and retail organizations;
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience within cycling, mobility, transportation, or a related industry is highly desirable;
  • A track record of developing long-term partnerships and delivering commercial growth;
  • Native-level German and professional English language skills;
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the DACH region.
